Returns are only accepted for purchases made within USA and Mexico.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase.
If a return is required, please to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including your order number and reason of return. We will write you back and send you a return shipping label within the next 48 hours after receiving your email.
Each customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping label. Therefore, once the product returned is received at our warehouse, we will proceed to refund the money to the credit card or paypal account used for payment, minus $6.99 for the cost of the return shipping label.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you an email with the status of your refund within the next 48 hours.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Warimba is not liable for the loss of an item being returned by a customer. We highly advise using a registered postal service and keep record of the tracking information.
