You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
If a return is required, please send an email to email@example.com including your order number and reason of return. We will write you back with all the information you need to return your item within the next 48 hours.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in the original packaging and have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are only possible inside the US and Mexico. No returns are accepted in any other country.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and send you an email with the status of your refund within the next 48 hours.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Warimba is not liable for the loss of an item being returned by a customer. We highly advise using a registered postal service and keep record of the tracking information.
